Frequently asked questions
How long is the free trial?
The trial lasts 14 days, with every feature. No payment details are required. At the end of the trial, access to the space is blocked until a lifetime licence is activated; your data is kept and everything is back as soon as you activate.
How do I pay and activate my space?
You pay for your licence only once. From the Subscription page, choose your plan, send the amount by Orange Money, Moov Money or Wave to the number shown, then enter the transaction ID you received by SMS. Once verified, we give you an activation code: enter it and your licence is active for life. The first year of maintenance is included; after that, the annual fee is paid the same way.
What does annual maintenance cover?
From the second year, a fee of 35,000 FCFA per year covers secure hosting, daily backups, updates and support. You are notified 30 days before the due date. If unpaid 30 days after the due date, the space switches to read-only: nothing is deleted, you can still view and export your data, and full access returns as soon as you pay.
Is my data protected?
Yes. Each club has a strictly isolated space: a user from one club can never see another club's data. Documents are stored in a private space, accessible only through temporary links after access rights are checked, and every access is logged.
Does FootManager CI issue licences?
No. FootManager CI helps you track your players' licences (numbers, due dates, supporting documents) but does not issue any official licence and does not replace validation by the Ivorian Football Federation.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. It is designed for common Android smartphones and slow connections: lightweight pages, simple forms, and an Android app and a Windows program are also available.
Who can access the club's information?
The club manager invites the people of their choice and gives each of them a role (administrator, secretary, coach, read-only) or custom access. Player contacts and documents are only visible to authorised roles.
How is minors' data handled?
Only the necessary information is collected. Legal guardian contact details are provided for, image-use consent is recorded, and no photo or data is made public by default.
Can I get my data back?
Yes. You can export your player and licence lists to Excel or PDF at any time. On request, we provide a full export of your space.
